PDFTools description:

PDFTools is a compact but powerful program that enables you to perform a lot of actions with PDF files. You can encrypt a PDF file in order to protect its content from unauthorized access.

You can easily remove the encryption if you know the owner password. The application also deals with the content of the PDF in order to join, to split and to rearrange the pages from the document.

PDFTools is easy to use application. Its main window gives easy access to all features available in PDFTools.
